• Knowledge of engineering and construction management principles, safety, quality and sustainability standards.
• Leadership level communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of the mechanical trades for a project in estimating and preconstruction.
• Develop work plans and identify resources required; coordinate with Lead Estimating Manager / Preconstruction Manager.
• Own and coordinate bid/budget processes and trade partner coverage.
• Counsel, educate and coach staff to develop necessary skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade partners, suppliers, clients and design teams.
• Participate in design progress meetings and client presentations.
