Job summary

Fulcrum Engineering is seeking Mechanical Engineers and Technicians with a Safety Passport for site-based installation and maintenance work across multiple client sites. The role covers mechanical and piping systems, generators and turbines, and associated electrical tray installations.

Work involves moving between areas, assisting with checks, and reinstatement fitting tasks. Safely handling lifting operations and working at heights are part of the daily routine with potential overtime and

Qualifications

• Experience with installation and maintenance of mechanical and piping systems.
• Experience with generators and turbines is desirable.
• HVAC piping and plant installation experience preferred.
• Rigging, lifting and manual handling with heights awareness.

Responsibilities

• Working on mechanical and piping systems installation and maintenance.
• Assist with safe removal and reinstatement fitting work.
• Install electrical cable trays, cables and panels as required.
• Move between work areas and site laydown zones; perform checks as needed.

Fulcrum Engineering & Technical are acting as a Employment Business on behalf of our Clients

Covering , Brentwood, Hoo, Rochester, Sittingbourne, Ashford, West Thurrock area Sites

We are recruiting personnel at all levels and covering similar roles,

Mechanical Engineers or Techs & Fitters

Working Install & Maintenance Work. Working on the safe removal of mechanical & piping systems & Motor & Pump Units

Moving from work place areas to lay down areas.

Then assisting with completing checks and reinstatement fitting work.

Also installing electrical cable tray & cables and panels

Hours = 0730 to 1600 Basic Mon to Fri Often work overtime hours such as 0700 to 1730 or to 1900 48 to 55 + hours Mon to Fri as required

Also might work 0600 or 0700 to 1330 Sat as required

Term = Temp Contract 2 to 8 + weeks & Contract Temp

Pay Temp Contract Skilled = £26 + per Hr up to 40 Hrs £31 O/T + per Hr Sat £36 per Hr Sun £40 per Hrtttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttg

Depending on Skills/Quals Semi Skilled Mates = £19 to £23 + Hr

Travel Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site
