Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. seeks an entry-level Tech 1 in Mechanical Engineering for a 12-month contract in San Jose, CA. You will conduct production testing of medical device components, assist with system integration, and perform troubleshooting to ensure parts meet specifications.

Collaboration with engineers, technicians, and QA is essential for timely, quality results. The role requires a BS in Engineering and US work eligibility; it offers 40-hour weeks and a first shift in a fast-paced medical

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
Sufficient ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts and geometry.
Good mechanical aptitude and dexterity for handling equipment.
Willingness to be trained in other production areas.

Responsibilities

Conducts production testing of assembled flow cytometers and related medical device products.
Assist integration and troubleshooting of systems at assembly/subassembly levels.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Produce quality products on schedule with attention to detail.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, QA personnel, and other stakeholders.
