Stellar Energy in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Manager to lead the design of modular TIAC, CHP, and district cooling projects. The role involves reviews, calculations, and coordination with clients, fabrication, and other disciplines to deliver production-ready solutions.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS in mechanical or chemical engineering (ABET-accredited), 5+ years in power plant or HVAC design, and proven leadership. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• Minimum five years in power plant or HVAC design.
• Experience selecting pumps, chillers, and heat exchangers.
• Familiar with piping design and codes.
• Strong leadership and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineers and designers.
• Review specifications and perform design calculations.
• Coordinate with disciplines, vendors, and fabrication.
• Prepare design deliverables and technical docs.
