Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager in Naples, FL to lead the mechanical design and optimization of grinding and classification systems. The role requires hands-on leadership of engineers, attention to reliability, and collaboration with global teams including Germany.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in industrial equipment design, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks/In Inventor), and a track record of mentoring staff in high-throughput

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience in industrial equipment design.
• Experience with grinding/milling/comminution equipment preferred.
• Experience leading mechanical engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and development of advanced milling and air classification systems.
• Mentor mechanical engineers and provide technical direction on equipment design and project execution.
• Support greenfield manufacturing facilities and processing operations.
