You will mentor engineers, shape department standards, and collaborate with project managers and sales to drive successful planning and execution across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering design, constructibility, and commercial building systems.
• Experience managing engineering resources across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with BIM and engineering quality standards.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team, including supervisors and team leads.
• Manage staffing, project assignments, scheduling, and department resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Oversee engineering processes, BIM standards, and quality control procedures.
• Partner with project managers and sales throughout project planning and execution.
• Support pre‑construction efforts including system selection, constructability reviews, code compliance, and risk evaluation.
• Manage department budgets, performance reviews, and hiring efforts.
