Qualifications

• Experience leading mechanical engineering teams in concept-to-production development.
• Strong background in mechanical design, validation, and release of new products.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration across groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Mechanical Engineers and Designers to meet project objectives.
• Oversee mechanical design, development, validation, and release from kickoff to production.
• Ensure designs meet quality, cost, performance, and schedule targets.
• Review drawings, specifications, and engineering changes for accuracy and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Customers to drive project success.
• Identify risks, mitigate, and communicate recovery plans as needed.
• Support talent acquisition, staff development, and succession planning.
