We are seeking full-time aid to join our engineering team at our R&D center located in Syracuse, NY, for Summer 2024. Key Responsibilities

• Support Fast Prototyping activities for Proof of Concept testing of new technology in Heat Transfer systems, both hands‑on in our labs and with Engineering analysis work.
• Help identify areas of opportunity to improve designs.
• Help test fabrication approaches and evaluate Value Propositions to develop technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3.0 or higher GPA
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred candidate to have basic software knowledge of MATLAB, statistics & CAD. C/C++ would be a plus.
• Candidate should be familiar with Statistical Analysis methods. Experience with Minitab software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presenting technical information.
• Candidates should be self‑motivated, able to work independently, organized, and follow directions well.
• Knowledge and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment is essential for success in this position.
