You will use LabVIEW and Matlab to control test systems, collect data, and analyze results as part of a global PCB and electronics manufacturing leader. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering program with coursework in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and finite element analysis.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Mechanical Engineering program.
• All core Mech Eng Courses.
• Experimental Analysis.
• LabVIEW programming and Matlab programming expected.

Responsibilities

• Use LabVIEW & Matlab to control a test system and the collection and analysis of data.
• Enhance testing using LabVIEW and Matlab programming and by implementing new design elements.
• Create software routines used for quality control.
• Enhance image analysis techniques
• Responsible for other laboratory duties.
• Perform thermal finite element analyses (FEA).
