BorgWarner Drivetrain and Morse Systems is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co-op – Engine Solenoids to join the Propulsion Technical Center in Auburn Hills, MI. The role runs January 2027 through August 2027, requiring 40 hours per week on site as a full-time student.

BorgWarner Drivetrain and Morse Systems is currently looking for a talented individual to join as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op – Engine Solenoids, at our Propulsion Technical Center, Auburn Hills MI. This position would start in January 2027, and end in August 2027. Students in this program are expected to work 40 hours per week on-site in Auburn Hills and typically step away from their academic studies for a semester to participate in the co-op full-time (or enroll in night classes exclusively).

This position will adhere to Global Star Safety Program, including safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the BorgWarner PTC Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires. This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers. In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.
