Base pay range

$61.00/hr - $68.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for environmental test equipment (Thermal, TVAC, Vibe, Shock, or HASS), managing configurations, maintenance, and improvement projects; provide technical leadership during troubleshooting events; manage relationships with 3rd party equipment vendors.
• Establish standardized test processes and work instructions for technicians.
• Analyze data to validate test procedures and lead projects to increase throughput, reduce cycle time, and improve first-pass yield.
• Read and troubleshoot simple errors in LabView and Python code; understand control loops used in environmental testing; communicate failures to support teams.
• Define data artifacts in MES/ERP systems; develop and manage system standards for test execution and non-conformances.
• Develop and deliver training for technicians on equipment operation and test procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or test engineering in aerospace or similar industry.
• Experience with environmental testing equipment (vibration, thermal, vacuum).
• Proficiency with automation tools (LabView, Python).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in test automation tools (LabView, Python).
• Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes.
• Experience with environmental testing equipment (vibration, thermal, vacuum).

The pay range reflects the lowest to highest compensation we believe is appropriate for this role at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on education, experience, skills, and other factors. We may modify this range in the future.
