Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or closely related field.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• 2+ years in technical inside sales, applications engineering, or proposal writing.
• Ability to manage 20 to 25 client consultations per day.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into financial and operational benefits.
• Stable, progressive work history.
• Must live within 45 minutes of the Washington County / Germantown / Richfield area.
• U.S. work authorization.

• Serve as the engineering authority in 20 to 25 daily client consultations by phone, email, and video.
• Configure thermal and fluid systems using thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural principles.
• Generate quotes, proposals, and ROI payback models using automated software.
• Analyze customer blueprints and specs to deliver value-engineered solutions.
• Partner with production and manufacturing engineers on lead times and fabrication limits.
• Present technical specifications to client plant managers and engineering leaders.

Pay: $65,000 to $80,000 per year, plus performance incentives
