Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components and modules for waveguide-related equipment.
• Test feasibility of new concepts and approaches; troubleshoot prior tooling.
• Communicate technical ideas to both mechanical and non-mechanical engineers.
• Interface with customers to understand issues and provide solutions.
• Design and model motion components, waveguide handling modules, and delivery modules.
• Perform CAE/CAM/CAD analysis and interpret data for parts and systems.
• Generate drawings per internal standards and industry norms.
• Source OEM products and coordinate with suppliers for integration.
• Assemble and test products; analyze data to improve performance.
• Document the design process and present outcomes to stakeholders.
• Prepare procedures and train users on new products.
• Support safety certs like Semi-S2 and CE; assist startups with field issues.
