Job summary

You will own mechanical design tasks from concept through build and field-ready integration, ensuring robustness and ease of manufacturing.

You will work with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to develop integrated test systems, iterate quickly, and push improvements that enable faster deployment of scalable energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Experience with electromechanical systems and reading engineering drawings preferred.
• Knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and drafting standards is important.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, build, and testing of custom equipment for battery components testing.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, controls and software engineers to develop integrated test systems.
• Work with production and leadership to enhance factory readiness to meet rate, development and reliability goals.
• Solve complex, open-ended problems with speed and efficiency.
