You will design prototypes, analyze failures, and transition successful projects into production, while presenting design reviews and conducting hardware tests. Travel to test sites and vendors is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 months - 2 years of technical work including internships; able to start full time in 2027.
• Demonstrated hands-on fabrication or laboratory skills.
• CAD skills and ability to produce high-quality engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design & build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition to production.
• Present design reviews, run analysis, visit vendors, and execute hardware test plans.
• Apply first principles physics to engineering decisions.
• Travel to test sites and vendors as needed.
