Responsibilities

• Fulfilling customer specifications for projects.
• Delivering mechanical engineering within project scope.
• Delivering mechanical engineering within budget.
• Delivering mechanical engineering within schedule.
• Delivering mechanical engineering within FCC’s quality expectations.
• Working with the mechanical engineering team on various projects simultaneously.
• Effective technical communication with customers.
• Promoting FCC when communicating with customers.
• Effective communication with FCC’s controls engineering team.
• Identifying and mitigating project engineering risks.
• Reviewing and applying “lessons learned” from previous projects.
• Ensuring all opportunities for customer-paid order change requests are identified.
• Completing all design review objectives.
• Understanding and adhering to the design release process.
• Participating in the manufacturing debug process.
• Assure re-use of existing designs and standards.
• Assist Mechanical Engineering Manager in the planning of resources.
• Assist Mechanical Engineering Manager in the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
