Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing, hands-on and technical.
• Experience supporting manufactured products through production, changes, troubleshooting, qualification, or continuous improvement.
• Practical knowledge of sheet-metal fabrication, machining, welding, molding, finishing, and mechanical assembly.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, Supply Chain, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate subsystems and resolve interface issues.
• Support manufacturing during prototype builds, pilot production, launches, assembly and changes.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop corrective or improvement actions.
• Implement engineering changes with updated drawings, BOMs, specs, and work instructions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality to improve components.
• Support product qualification, verification, validation, and certification activities.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation per ISO 9001 and Standards of Work.
