Job summary

gpac seeks a Project Manager to lead HVAC, mechanical piping and plumbing design for commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare projects. You will oversee planning, cost development, scheduling and coordination with utilities, structures, machines and equipment, guiding a project team to meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HVAC/MEP design experience, a BS in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, and proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT.

In this Role you'll work as Project Manager on commericial, industrial, educational, health care and other projects. Your main responsibilities on HVAC, , piping, plumbing and temperature controls projects. You will also participate in planning, cost development scheduling and coordination with utilities, communication systems, structures, machines, equipment and processes. Your ability to work collaboratively with the project team and meet deadlines makes you a great fit for this position!

Qualifications

• 5 + years HVAC, Mechanical Piping, and Plumbing Design experience required
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• Knowledge of procedures for design and the production of construction documents
• Knowledge of mechanical planning, layout, drafting, and detailing is preferred
• A thorough understanding of AutoCAD and REVIT

Salary is based on experience. $115,000-145,000
