Job summary

gpac seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to lead HVAC, piping, and plumbing design across commercial, industrial, educational and health care projects. You will collaborate with the project team to plan, develop costs, schedule, and coordinate with utilities, systems, structures and equipment to meet deadlines.

The role demands 5+ years in HVAC, piping and plumbing design, a BS in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, and proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC, Mechanical Piping, and Plumbing Design experience required.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Knowledge of procedures for design and the production of construction documents.
• Knowledge of mechanical planning, layout, drafting, and detailing is preferred.
• A thorough understanding of AutoCAD and REVIT.
