Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer PE I in Salt Lake City, UT for a direct hire. The role requires applying standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products and systems, with signing and sealing documents.

You will travel 5-10% of time, work in a hybrid onsite/remote model, and collaborate across teams to deliver projects. A Bachelor's in Engineering and PE license with 4-6 years of experience are required; strong problem-solving,

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience required.
Possesses working knowledge of the subject matter.

Detail oriented with ability to tackle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Signing and sealing engineering documents.
Analyzes, develops, and evaluates systems.
Improves and maintains current systems or creates new projects.
Designs and drafts blueprints, visits systems in the field, and manages projects.
Applies engineering techniques within the scope of the assignment.
Handles complex issues and refers only the most complex ones to higher-level staff.
