Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support a large military installation in Colorado. The role centers on operations and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, environmental controls) with emphasis on planning, testing, and upgrades to improve reliability.

You will manage O&M plans, provide engineering consultation to trades and contractors, and coordinate across disciplines for construction and programming tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (required).
• Colorado Professional Engineer licensure (required).
• Ability to work non-standard hours for 24/7 operations.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with Secret clearance in process or active.

Responsibilities

• Perform Operations & Maintenance (O&M) engineering for HVAC, plumbing and environmental controls at a large military installation.
• Manage O&M plans and programs for mission-critical mechanical systems; develop plans, instructions, and specs for repairs and upgrades.
• Investigate complex problems, review designs for reliability and maintainability, and provide consultation to contractors and A/E firms.
