Ramirez, Johnson, and Associates in Denver, CO is seeking a Mechanical Engineer who is a few years into their career and hungry for real responsibility, visibility, and room to grow beyond drafting.

You’ll collaborate directly with architects and owners, contribute to mechanical design for diverse buildings, gain hands-on mentorship, and progressively assume project management as you take on more complete projects from design through construction and commissioning.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of MEP or building systems experience.
• Mechanical or Architectural Engineering degree required.
• Strong communication and curiosity are essential.

Ramirez, Johnson, and Associates (RJA) is a growing MEP engineering firm in Denver’s RiNo District. We’re hiring a Mechanical Engineer who’s a few years into their career and wants real responsibility, visibility, and room to grow, not just another production role.

What you’ll work on:

• Mechanical design for commercial and specialty buildings
• Airports, restaurants, breweries, affordable housing, industrial and municipal facilities
• Direct collaboration with architects, owners, and engineers
• Hands-on design work with mentorship from senior engineers and firm leadership
• Growing into project management as you take on more of your own projects
