Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience in industrial equipment environments.
• Proficiency in mechanical design software and development of P&IDs and fabrication packages.
• Strong technical expertise in reactor systems, thermal/fluid equipment, and fabrication methods.
• Analytical proficiency in FEA analysis and thermal modeling.

Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical design and development tasks for manufacturing-scale reactors.
• Perform high-fidelity thermal, fluid, and structural modeling (FEA).
• Develop detailed engineering packages including layouts, drawings, datasheets.
• Drive safety and compliance by applying safety-by-design principles.
• Coordinate vendor/fabricator activities and FAT, implement field installation verification.
• Maintain accurate, controlled, and compliant engineering documentation.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve processes.
