Job summary

DeZURIK is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Intern to support the design, development, testing, and improvement of mechanical products, components, and systems. This role provides hands-on engineering experience through product development, engineering analysis, testing, manufacturing support, and documentation under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering with at least two years of coursework.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product development, concept generation, prototype testing, validation, and design refinement.
• Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, reports, and test documentation.
• Use CAD and analysis tools to create models, drawings, calculations, and design documentation.
• Support lab activities, including test setup, data collection, and reporting results.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other departments on tasks and projects.
