  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Hands-on experience with pressure vessels or industrial equipment a plus.
  • Proficient with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop mechanical system designs and present solutions to internal teams and customers.
  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, and QA to support product development and project outcomes.
  • Assist Sales with technical concept development and proposal preparation.
  • Analyze client specifications and translate into practical engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver engineering documentation including reports, calculations, drawings, and presentations.
  • Perform hands-on inspection of parts to ensure conformance with drawings and quality standards.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with documentation requirements (MTR traceability, etc.).
  • Assemble and test products per standard procedures to ensure consistent quality.

Position Summary

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for managing the mechanical design, technical support, and hands‑on product development for a variety of custom-engineered pressure vessels and related equipment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills who can successfully manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring each meets quality, and timeline goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop mechanical system designs and present solutions to internal teams and external customers based on engineering principles and project requirements.
  • Lead and support multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to support product development and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Assist the Sales team in technical concept development, proposal preparation.
  • Analyze client specifications and translate them into practical and cost-effective engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed engineering documentation including reports, calculations, drawings, and presentations.
  • Perform hands‑on inspection of parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with relevant documentation requirements, including proper material segregation, MTR traceability, and quality control protocols.
  • Assemble and test products in accordance with standard procedures, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role involving pressure vessels or industrial equipment strongly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience using hand and power tools.
  • Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
  • High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); experience with CAD or engineering software is a plus.
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company.
