Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and release of mechanical components and subsystems including powertrains and chassis for new product development.
• Develop and maintain vehicle and component specifications and qualification plans.
• Fluent in requirements, risk analysis, DFMEA, DVP&R, engineering change notices and specs.
• Employ project management methodologies to ensure predictable department outcomes.
• Remove roadblocks and accelerate project implementation.
• Develop technology roadmaps and strategies for market wins.
• Drive traceable test acceptance criteria through reliable designs.
