Join the Raytheon Hardware Engineering Organization and contribute mechanical engineering expertise to mission-critical defense systems across radar, missile, and command-and-control platforms. In this role, you will participate across the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept design and structural/thermal analysis to rapid prototyping, design verification testing, and factory support. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment alongside systems, electrical, and manufacturing engineers, you will solve complex technical challenges to deliver robust, high-reliability mechanical solutions. Occasional CONUS travel to customer sites or suppliers is generally required. International and longer-duration travel assignments are available but optional.
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
