Job summary

TWG is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop mechanical enclosures and electro‑mechanical packaging. You will drive concepts, prototype testing, and manufacturing release for diverse industrial applications from on‑site Tulsa facilities to global operations.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years in electro‑mechanical design, with strong CAD (SolidWorks) and GD&T skills, plus hands‑on prototyping and VA/VE experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from an accredited university.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in mechanical design and product development, preferably electro‑mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and develop mechanical enclosures and packaging for electromechanical products.
• Lead 100% prototype validation testing to verify structural integrity and thermal performance.
• Ensure designs comply with internal standards, regulations and customer requirements.
• Initiate and participate in cross functional design reviews; optimize cost, quality and manufacturability.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex mechanical issues and field/production line failures.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and production to ensure smooth manufacturing release.
