Nature's Sunshine seeks a Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our Engineering team in Utah. You will design, implement, and execute capital projects supporting manufacturing operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, strong problem-solving, ability to read drawings, and CAD experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of mechanical/ Manufacturing engineering or capital project experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical design and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs and documentation.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, and execution of capital engineering projects.
• Lead and assist EOL automation projects, including equipment integration and line improvements.
• Support projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in line upgrades, equipment installations, and process improvements.
• Develop equipment layouts, mechanical designs, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Automation Engineering.
• Assist with equipment commissioning, validation, troubleshooting and startup.
