Qualifications

• 2+ years of project-based experience.
• Strong knowledge of ASHRAE Handbook and Standards.
• Working knowledge of SMACNA Technical Manuals and Standards.
• Experience with governmental sites, data centers, and building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintains design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects.
• Represent the Company in interactions with customers, contractors, suppliers and collaborate with project team members.
• Perform site survey, calculations, evaluations, equipment selection, and system design for proposals and contracts.
• Develop sustainable designs for high performance systems for air and hydronic distribution and building management.
• Produce construction drawings and specifications compliant with contract requirements and codes.
• Address mechanical design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning issues.
• Develop system sequences of operation and compliance matrices.
• Participate in PITCO processes including testing and integration.
• Develop mechanical project scope and coordination.
• Support project construction, start-up, and commissioning.
