May direct or lead work of technicians, detailers and designers.Basic ability to understand and interpret industry and Woodward technical standards including quality system standards and PLC processBasic use and understanding of FEA tools, basic use of DFSS tools and methodologies; Basic knowledge of Engineering quality systems (PLC, engineering change, configuration management). Assists with the development of department and organization procedures.Basic understanding of component function and testing.
