Job summary

Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer I in St. George, Utah. You will design and document parts and assemblies using SolidWorks, adhering to ASME Y14.5-2009 and GD&T standards, while supporting manufacturing and field service teams.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, production, and quality to move concepts to the shop floor, maintain BOMs in ERP, and contribute to continuous improvement on catheter manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent coursework/experience.
• Hands-on design experience, 1–3 years preferred; machine tool experience a plus.
• SolidWorks proficiency with CSWA/CSWP preferred; familiarity with ASME Y14.5-2009 and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs and drawings per ASME Y14.5-2009 and GD&T using SolidWorks and PDM.
• Support manufacturing of machinery and tooling.
• Provide technical support to field service technicians and customers.
• Create and maintain BOMs in ERP.
• Collaborate with engineers, production, and quality to take ideas from concept to shop floor.
