Qualifications

• 2–4 years of mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience.
• Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills.
• Experience using hand tools, measuring tools, and assembly equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical or electrical issues.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or vocational training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble complex mechanical and electrical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, wiring schematics, and production orders
• Perform electrical wiring, soldering, pneumatic, and hydraulic assembly work
• Assemble subassemblies and complete final integration of equipment
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot assembly or operational issues and collaborate with Engineering when needed
• Help improve processes by recommending solutions and improvements
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
