Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Junior Engineer for a global technology company with a rich history in building automation and industrial technology. The role centers on supporting operation and maintenance of plant equipment and monitoring reliability-based systems.

You will participate in creating preventive maintenance routines, perform root-cause analyses, and help implement sustainable MTBF improvements. A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar field preferred.
• 0-3 years of required work experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills required.
• Self-starter/ highly motivated team player

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the operation and maintenance of the plant's equipment.
• Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems.
• Participate in the creation of preventative maintenance routines (PMRs).
• Analysis and elimination of repetitive problems through root cause analysis.
• Support and guide sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF).
