Quality Talent Group has partnered with a prestigious client in the building automation and industrial technology sector to seek a Mechanical/Industrial Engineer for early-career roles. This position supports plant equipment operation and maintenance, and contributes to CBM program development.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, reliability, and process improvement, with opportunities to influence MTBF and preventative maintenance routines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Field of Study: Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 0-3 years of required work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter and highly motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the operation and maintenance of the plant's equipment
• Create, implement, and monitor Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs
• Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring
• Participate in the creation of preventative maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs) for new equipment
• Support and guide sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) of major equipment
