Job summary

SharkNinja in Needham, MA is hiring Mechanical Engineers to take the next generation of Shark and Ninja products from rough concept to retail shelf—fast, with your fingerprints all over them. You'll own design studies, move ideas from sketch to CAD to prototype, and partner with our UK and China Product Development teams to ensure production readiness.

• Experience taking real products to market.
• Ability to identify, solve, implement, and verify technical solutions independently while working as part of a team.
• Comfort in a hands-on lab environment (training provided).

What you'll bring

Required

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or similar technical field
• 1–3 years in mechanical, product, or industrial design
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo
• Experience taking real products to market
• Ability to identify, solve, implement, and verify technical solutions independently while working as part of a team
• Comfort in a hands-on lab environment (training provided)

Nice to have

• Consumer goods or household appliance experience
• Plastic manufacturing process knowledge
• Working appreciation for electrical engineering, software, or UX design
