• Design and modify parts and assemblies in SolidWorks


• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion


• Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment


• Perform hands-on prototype assembly, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, and repairs when necessary


• Assist in developing improvements and troubleshooting pilot plant equipment

Requirements:

• Proficient in 3D modeling and drawing creation


• Ability to create unique concepts for highly constrained design space


• Technical communication skills using presentations, documents, and spreadsheets


• Able to quickly process and retain new information


• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


• SolidWorks experience


• Conceptual knowledge of electrical systems and chemistry
