• Analyze lab-scale processes and data records to develop bench/pilot-scale prototypes based on scientific principles and engineering practices
• Design and modify parts and assemblies in SolidWorks
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
• Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform hands‑on prototype assembly, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, and repairs when necessary
• Assist in developing improvements and troubleshooting pilot plant equipment

Requirements
