Job summary

GeoLogics is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a 12+ month contract in Maple Grove, MN. The role involves design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems including ammunition handling and gun systems. Hybrid on-site schedule requires 3 days on-site weekly with two on-site days mandatory.

The candidate should have 4+ years of experience, strong GD&T knowledge, and proficiency with Creo. EPOM/Windchill experience is a plus; must be US citizen.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant engineering experience in military or high-precision environments.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack analysis.
• Experience creating solid models and drawings in CAD (Creo/Pro-E).
• Experience with Windchill/EPOM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Researches, plans, analyzes, designs, and develops mechanical products and systems.
• Performs technical analysis, testing, and evaluation of engineering problems.
• Ensures designs comply with engineering standards, specs, and product requirements.
• Develops and writes technical documentation and presentations.
• Creates and maintains parts, assemblies and drawings using Creo.
