Engineering Design & Testing Corp. (EDT) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to conduct investigations of machinery, assess damage, and manage multiple projects. You will coordinate lab and field testing, prepare technical reports, and may provide expert testimony. A PE license and strong communication skills are required.
Travel is regional, with coordination across offices and clients. Advanced degree and proficiency with MathCAD, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office are preferred.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will conduct and manage investigations involving machinery and equipment, including examination and damage assessment of mechanical equipment and components, analysis of fractures and failures, mechanical testing of materials, corrosion analysis and testing, and metallurgical and materials analysis and testing. You will interact with clients and other consultants, manage multiple and unique projects, and prepare written reports summarizing your analyses.
