Jobot in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Mechanical Designer or Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. The role focuses on design, analysis, and coordination of mechanical building systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and institutional projects.

You will develop HVAC, plumbing and mechanical system designs, create construction documents, perform load calculations, maintain BIM/Revit models, and collaborate with architects and engineers throughout all project phases.

Competenze

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, engineering, or building systems design.
• Experience designing HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or institutional facilities preferred.

Mansioni

• Design HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for new construction and renovation projects.
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, system layouts, and engineering calculations.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations, ventilation analysis, equipment sizing, and system selection.
• Develop and maintain BIM/Revit models and coordinated design drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders across all project phases.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, energy codes, and client requirements.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical support during construction.
• Assist in cost estimating, value engineering, and project planning activities.
• Research emerging technologies and sustainable design solutions to improve building performance.
