You will review schedules, quotations, and vendor evaluations, suggesting cost-saving design improvements while maintaining safety and environmental compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering (ABET preferred).
• 2–5 years in mechanical engineering design or project management in petrochemicals preferred.
• Strong knowledge of API, ASME, ANSI, and TEMA codes.
• Experience in procurement of pumps, vessels, tanks and package equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and procure mechanical equipment for site units.
• Prepare budgets, datasheets, and cost estimates for projects.
• Review schedules, quotations, and supplier evaluations.
• Suggest design improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee equipment installation while ensuring safe, compliant operations.
