Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering with 0–5 years design/testing experience.
• Experience in thermal and fluid systems design and optimization.
• Background in automotive, aerospace, or medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware components end-to-end from concept to validation and production readiness.
• Design components to survive extreme thermal environments and multiple fuels.
• Create 3D models and 2D prints with full GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Perform design checks, tolerances, and material specification alignment.
• Conduct fluid and thermal system design and optimization.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and drive engineering decisions.
