Job summary

Intermountain Electronics, Inc. in South Point, Ohio, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering projects across diversified industries.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will plan and execute designs using 3D CAD, perform analyses, and collaborate with manufacturing to ensure quality and on-time delivery. This full-time first-shift position offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a company

Qualifications

• BSME or equivalent engineering degree.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Solid Edge or Inventor.
• Willingness to obtain MSHA/OSHA certifications within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design mechanical systems for projects.
• Prepare drawings and layouts using CAD software.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Manager and Project Managers to ensure design feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
