Boom is seeking a mechanical/hardware-focused engineer to own parts of subsystems from concept to integration, working with propulsion, electrical, and manufacturing teams. You will design components balancing performance and manufacturability, plan assembly processes, and run tests to drive better engineering decisions.
The role emphasizes hands-on CAD/FEA work, with internships or co-ops in real-world mechanical systems and a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

The Base Salary Range for this position is $87,000 - $117,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long-term incentives/equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits. Additional perks include on-site meals and gym access.
