Mechanical Design Engineer (mechanical engineering exp. req.) Description

Our client, an international industrial manufacturer, is looking to expand their Engineering Team in North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing hydraulic systems. Their solutions help keep their clients’ equipment moving and with customers spanning from aerospace to automotive and agriculture to wind turbines, you can feel secure making this transition since their business is not tied to only one industry (and therefore, potential industry economic shifts). Additionally, this role allows you to partner with customers to help customize their applications making this a perfect match for someone who covets working for a company that has less of that “off the shelf” product and more of that custom engineered solution. With our client, you will have the best of both worlds. The backing of a global company but the tight-knit, culture-focused atmosphere of a smaller team in the US. This is a solid opportunity to work on innovative products across a multitude of industries without compromising your work/life balance. Their limited overtime and reasonable project timelines are what has made their engineering team have such a strong employee tenure.

Important Note: This is an onsite position in Eastern North Carolina. Our client is located within a 30-minute commute from Greenville, NC and 90 minutes from the Raleigh/Durham area. They’re conveniently located just about an hour from the coast.
