Job summary

INTUITIVE Research and Technology Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to contribute to Army and DoD programs through requirements definition, design, analysis, and data-package development. Qualifications

• ABET accredited BS in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3 years' experience performing engineering-related duties.
• Background in Mechanical/Aerospace design and analysis.
• Some travel.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Knowledge of DOD Technical Data Package practices and ASME Drawing Standards.
• Experience with Classical and Finite Element Analysis Methods.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Responsibilities

• Define and manage requirements throughout the program life cycle.
• Perform design, analysis, and data package development.
• Provide manufacturing support, integration, and testing.
• Interface with customers on multiple DoD programs and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
