The role emphasizes hands-on design, thermal analysis, testing, and collaboration with customers, sales, operations, and quality teams to deliver reliable, manufacturable solutions on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with mechanical design, thermal systems, and product development is preferred.
• Ability to lead projects from concept through production and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept to production.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, operations, and quality teams to develop heating solutions.
• Perform heat transfer, airflow, and materials calculations.
• Develop and execute engineering test plans.
• Support manufacturing with DFМ/ DFA and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
