Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support the design and development of next-generation server and hardware solutions. This role collaborates with customers, manufacturing teams, and global R&D to drive product development from concept to prototype.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, design requests, troubleshooting production issues, design validation, and coordination with manufacturing on DFM and BOM, with global project alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid foundation in machine design.
• Experience with CAD software, preferably CREO.
• Experience with sheet metal design.
• Familiar with R&D processes and prototyping.
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to support the development of next-generation server solutions.
• Serve as an initial RD point of contact for local clients, assisting with design requests and delivering daily feedback or solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and handling production quality issues in customer plants to ensure prompt resolution.
• Execute design-based requests, including testing, analysis, and debugging of mechanical prototypes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing for DFM reviews, engineering drawings, and BOM management.
• Maintain communication with engineering teams in Taiwan to ensure global project alignment.
