Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
Responsibilities
- Reliability: Proactively develop and implement ideas to enhance plant reliability and reduce costs.
- Maintenance: Provide daily engineering support and technical assistance for plant equipment repairs.
- R&D: Collaborate on innovative projects that drive product advancements and support polyolefin customers.
